Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Create data visualizations and automated reporting solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and convert them into dashboards.
• Extract, clean, validate, and maintain data accuracy.
• Automate recurring reports and MIS activities.
• Support business teams with ad-hoc data requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Power BI (Dashboard creation, DAX, Data Modeling).
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).
• SQL knowledge for querying databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in MIS reporting and business analysis.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP / CRM data reporting is an added advantage.
