About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS & Data Analyst with prior experience in the real estate industry to manage business reporting, operational analytics, data visualization, and performance tracking across departments.
Responsibilities:
MIS Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across sales, operations, HR, marketing, and business development functions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of business data and operational metrics.
- Maintain centralized databases, trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, gaps, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights through data interpretation and analytical reporting.
- Support leadership teams with business intelligence and performance analysis for strategic decision-making.
Dashboarding & Performance Tracking
- Develop and manage dashboards, KPI trackers, and automated reporting systems using Excel and reporting tools.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity metrics, sales performance, lead conversion data, and operational efficiencies.
- Present analytical findings through structured reports, charts, and presentations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales, business development, HR, marketing, finance, and operations teams to collect and validate business data.
- Support teams with data-driven recommendations and operational reporting requirements.
- Ensure smooth flow of information and reporting across departments.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational workflows.
- Support automation of MIS processes and optimization of reporting systems where applicable.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting within the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience in handling large datasets and business performance reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Real Estate background.
