Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and reconcile HR datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and partners.
  • Handle HR-related transactions, confirmations, and respond to internal and external stakeholder queries.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll inputs, and other HR metrics.
  • Analyze trends and identify insights to support HR leadership and business teams.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
  • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and documentation in line with internal processes and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR MIS, data analysis, reporting, or HR operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and Macros.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of HR Business Partnering concepts and HR databases/HRMS is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
