Management Information System Executive

Experience: Fresher – 0- 6 months

Salary: Upto 20K

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to network operations.
• Collect and consolidate data from NMS, Billing Support System, tickets, customer complaints, and LCO/RailTel updates.
• Track network outages, downtime, open/closed tickets, complaints, escalations, and TAT.
• Monitor pending issues and coordinate with Network Engineers, RailTel, LCOs, and internal teams for timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare management reports and dashboards.
• Identify data discrepancies, recurring issues, and pending cases and highlight them to the concerned team.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all MIS reports.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, basic formulas, and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and NMS is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reports.
• 0–6 months experience in MIS, NOC, Network Operations, or a similar role.
