MIS (Management Information System) Executive:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage and enhance our Management Information System (MIS) reporting processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and data management, capable of generating meaningful insights, and able to support business decision-making through timely and accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to support business decisions and identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate data inputs.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the respective team with ad-hoc reports and insights.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations based on reports and insights.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts, etc.)
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts is an added advantage.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI/Tableau is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles.
• Preferred Industry Backgrounds: IT / ITES, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance).
