Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to support the Expansion Department by maintaining accurate project data, tracking ongoing activities, managing purchase-related documentation, and coordinating invoice and PO processes. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, coordination abilities, and good knowledge of purchase and vendor management processes.
Key Responsibilities: MIS & Data Management
• Maintain and update complete expansion/project data on a daily basis.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Track project status, timelines, approvals, and handover details.
• Maintain records of store-wise CAPEX, vendor details, approvals, and project milestones.
• Generate weekly and monthly dashboards for management review. Project Coordination & Tracking
• Monitor all ongoing expansion activities across regions.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, finance, and purchase teams for status updates.
• Ensure all project-related documents are properly maintained and updated.
• Follow up on pending approvals, invoices, and documentation. Purchase & PO Management
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
• Maintain PO tracker and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for PO closures.
• Track invoices against POs and ensure proper documentation submission.
• Maintain invoice status records including submitted, approved, pending, and paid invoices. Vendor & Documentation Management
• Maintain vendor database and related documentation.
• Support vendor onboarding and documentation processes.
• Ensure all quotations, comparative statements, work orders, and invoices are properly filed.
Experience Required:
• 3–5 years of experience in MIS, Projects Coordination, Purchase Coordination, or Operations Management.
• Experience in retail expansion, interior projects, construction, or fit-out industry will be preferred. Basic Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Basic Formulas, Dashboard Management).
• Good understanding of Purchase Department processes and invoice tracking.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or project tracking software will be an added advantage. Preferred Skills
