* Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across multiple business functions.
Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, TEXT, LEFT, RIGHT, MID, FILTER, UNIQUE) to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Demonstrate strong understanding of business requirements and proficiency with keyboard shortcuts and Excel formula techniques for faster reporting.
Prepare and automate interactive dashboards using Pivot Tables, Charts, and Power Query.
Design and manage data validation, conditional formatting, and error checks to ensure accurate and reliable data reporting.
Consolidate and summarize information from multiple data sources Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, CRM, Voitek, etc.
Provide ad-hoc reports, insights, and analytics to support business and management decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR teams for data collection, verification, and consistency.
Identify, suggest, and implement process improvements and automation solutions for optimized reporting.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all data and business information.
* Skills & Competencies Required:
Expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
Strong command over formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, LEFT, RIGHT, DATEDIFF, TEXT, CONCAT, etc.).
Proficient understanding of database structures, data imports, and data cleaning techniques.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple reports, prioritize tasks, and meet strict timelines.
