The MIS Analyst, will manage a set of business finance activities to ensure incentives are processed smoothly within the organization & assist FP&A team with various analysis on Team Performance and KPIs. This person will manage and execute the monthly, quarterly and annual incentive plans and support management with data driven analysis.

The MIS Analyst will report to the Lead – Financial Planning & Analysis, partner with others in the organization to implement robust processes, automation, and analysis around Incentives to enable organisation with employee satisfaction and optimize the incentive cost benefit for the company.

Job Description

Incentives – 80%

• Preparation of various monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives.
• Need to identify scope of process improvements in all the incentive processes across the organization.
• Assist in developing or modifying incentive policies with strong findings and help company to optimize their cost.
• Communicate with various teams and solve their queries on performance metrices and incentive calculations.
• Assist FP&A function by providing analysis and forecast on incentive plans on periodic basis.
• Audit of incentive calculations done by other functions.

Financial Analysis – 20%

• Assisting FP&A team in preparing financial models for management reporting
• Conduct and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial performance. Identify trends and provide actionable insights for adjustments and strategic decision-making.
• Help in ad-hoc finance related tasks which may be required to deliver to very tight deadlines.

Job Qualification & Skills

• A Qualified Graduated in any stream with 2+ Years of Experience in MIS Function. Candidates with 1+ Year of experience in handling Incentives / performance management will be preferred.
• What will you need to perform this job:
• Excellent command over spreadsheets, mix and match the logical functions to optimize the TAT of completing a task is foremost.
• A willingness and capability to rotate the shift timings when needed to communicate with other departments is a must.
• The ability to multitask is desirable.
• Candidates with knowledge of basic dashboarding will be preferred.
