Key Requirements
- Experience in HR MIS, Workforce Management, Reporting, or HR Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills (Mandatory)
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Index-Match
- Dashboards
- Data Validation
- Power Query (preferred)
- Experience with MIS reporting and data management
- Exposure to HR metrics and reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
