About SucSEED
SucSEED is the Investment Manager of SEBI-regulated SucSEED Indovation Fund, an AIF Category-I Venture Capital Fund. We partner with ambitious founders and build long-term institutional platforms in India's early-stage ecosystem. We have also set up a Fund Management Entity in GIFT City Gujarat to launch our Fund-III in USD denomination.

About The Role
The Management Fellowship is a structured 12-month program designed to develop future investment professionals through hands-on exposure to the venture capital lifecycle. The Fellow will work closely with the investment and portfolio team across sector research, deal sourcing, investment analysis, and portfolio value creation within EdTech and Digital Economy / Emerging Technology sectors.
The Fellowship is designed as a fast-track pathway into venture investing, aimed at nurturing high-potential early-career talent who can transition into long-term investment roles within the fund.
Role Mandate & Key Responsibilities
- Sector Research & Deal Discovery
- Develop high-quality sector theses aligned with fund strategy

Program Structure
The Fellowship is a stipend-led program designed with multidisciplinary learning at its core. The program operates on a 12-month model where a fellow would get an opportunity to work on above dimensions of the VC ecosystem in the sectors of our fund thesis. At the end of the program, SucSEED will provide extensive support to help you pursue your career or aspirations through strong references and recommendations.
We expect the Fellow to complete 12-months to get the most out of our program, and would accept a lock-in period of 12 months to ensure only committed candidates deserve to enter the program. The program combines structured mentorship with hands-on experience and offers tremendous opportunity to learn about VC & amplifies insights and understanding of India's startup ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile
SucSEED seeks high-potential individuals with strong analytical ability, curiosity, and interest in venture investing and technology-driven businesses.
Background
- Bachelor's degree from a strong institution
- 03 years experience in consulting, research, product, strategy, startups, or related roles
- Exposure to technology, EdTech, or Lifestyle, Smart City, Shared Economy, Gig Economy and other digital economy sectors preferred
- Prior exposure to venture capital, investment banking, financial analysis, or strategy roles is a strong plus
