Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Management Faculty role based in Trivandrum. The Management Faculty member will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions on management and related subjects for learners preparing for careers in the tech and corporate sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting lectures and interactive sessions, mentoring and guiding students, and assessing their progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects. The role also involves contributing to curriculum improvement, aligning content with current industry needs, and collaborating with other faculty and academic teams. The Management Faculty will be expected to participate in workshops, bootcamps, and other academic initiatives, and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their professional and behavioral competencies.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic and practical expertise in management disciplines, particularly in Organizational Behavior, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and apply them to real-world scenarios.
  • Experience in Curriculum Development and instructional design to create structured, outcome-based learning modules and teaching resources.
  • Background in Research and an interest in staying updated with emerging trends in management, education, and the job market.
  • Demonstrated University Teaching or professional training experience, including classroom management and learner engagement.
  • Understanding of Marketing concepts and their application in business, employability, and personal branding contexts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and simplify complex ideas.
  • Master's degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, or a related field (Ph.D. or equivalent academic qualification is an advantage).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an academic team, handle multiple batches, and adapt content to different learner levels.
  • Comfort with using digital tools, learning platforms, and basic productivity software to support teaching and assessment.
