This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Faculty at FACE Prep's Trivandrum location. The Management Faculty will design and deliver impactful educational content on management-related subjects such as Organizational Behavior. Responsibilities include curriculum development, conducting research, and engaging students through lectures, workshops, and group discussions. Additionally, the role involves mentoring students to enhance their practical skills and industry readiness.

• Expertise in Organizational Behavior and experience in University Teaching
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and structuring effective learning materials
• Strong research capabilities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Basic understanding or interest in Marketing concepts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in skill development and a passion for mentoring students
• Master's or higher degree in management, business, or a related field
