Job Description:
Customer Service
- Manage reception counter duties and handle phone, email and walk-in enquiries from parents, students, staff and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, attend to requests and concerns promptly, and escalate matters where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming service experience for all stakeholders.
Administration & Operations
- Coordinate school bus bookings, including scheduling and liaising with relevant parties to support smooth transport arrangements.
- Manage daily incoming mail by recording, sorting and distributing correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate the distribution of materials and documents to teachers and students.
- Maintain inventory of stationery and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Provide basic first aid to students when required and support their safety and well-being.
- Assist with other administrative duties, school operations and projects as assigned.
Finance & Procurement
- Liaise with buyers to verify vendors invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with school policies and procedures.
- Assist with the collation and processing of documents to facilitate timely payments.
- Support procurement activities, including processing purchase requests and checking procurement documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, admin, finance and/or procurement.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a school environment.
- Possess Diploma or above qualification.
- Ability to multi-task with good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
