Job Description

Primary Responsibilities :

Leadership :

  • Collaborate with client's global departments, leadership, and key stakeholders to assess current state operations and establish future state business process and technology road maps.
  • Assist the client in in setting attainable project goals for established solutions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and internal teams, engage in daily problem solving, resolve ambiguous issues, monitor risks, and bridge communication between project teams, business units, and leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional team members as needed in a leadership, management, or hands on capacity.
  • Create/use project documents, established best practices and regulatory guidelines to prepare and present optimal business process and technology solution options to stakeholders and leadership.

Strategy and Consulting :

  • Assist clients with business/technology strategies based on priorities, budget, cost analysis, current state, and future needs.
  • Assist leadership in balancing technology timelines to align with vision, constraints, and risks.
  • incorporate new system(s) and optimize business processes using best practices approaches.
  • Provide implementation expertise and assist in establishing global roll out strategies, postproduction operations and/or global shared services centers.
  • Provide guidance and resource planning estimates for all phases of project.
  • Facilitate the establishment of employee and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Create strategies, manage, and execute change management initiatives for large, complex Global Technology Transformation projects spanning multiple divisions and using best practices.
  • Extensive experience managing and administering change on projects with multiple stakeholders.

Business Development and Solutions :

  • Contribute extensively to the business development process, support sales teams in closing deals by participating in client calls and pitching solution.
  • Design solutions based on client's requirements; define engagement structure including resource requirements, project travel, effort estimates and proposal pricing strategies.
  • Responding to RFPs, generating leads, building proposals, Events, etc.

Practice and Organizational Development :

  • Assist in development and building of the practice team.
  • Collaborate with senior management in development and enhancement of knowledge nuggets and thought pieces, methodologies and frameworks, website content development, etc.
  • Also build sales collaterals such as whitepapers and capability decks.

People Management :

  • You would be typically working with Principals/Partners for Project Delivery to deliver projects end to end.
  • Lead and motivate all resources in the team, help them in coaching and skill sets buildings, including practice specific training and development initiatives.
  • Coach team with respect to conducting primary and/or secondary research and validate findings of team members.

Required Skills & Personal Attributes :

  • Should have GCC/GBS strategy/advisory experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented with high standards for written and visual presentation of information as well as idea.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Should be hands-on with exceptional execution/delivery capabilities.
  • Process orientation and high level of comfort with usage as well as customization of Technology tools.
  • The candidate should be able to work on client engagements at all levels including CXO levels.
  • Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy a strong can do ability and willingness to work in a small and fast-growing set-up.
  • Ability to pro-actively identify ways to contribute to firm's goals & mission.
