About the Company

A Fortune 200 organisation is building its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire management consultants for its internal strategy and transformation group. You will work on the projects that decide how a global business operates, with a direct line to the leaders making the calls. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Management Consultant, you will own discrete workstreams on transformation and strategy projects, turning analysis into recommendations and helping leadership move from decision to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Problem-Solving

• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams
• Run analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder interviews
• Build the case for change and a practical recommendation

Execution & Stakeholders

• Drive project plans, milestones, and cross-functional alignment
• Prepare executive-ready decks and decision materials
• Support rollout, adoption, and measurement of outcomes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation
• Strong structured thinking and quantitative analysis
• Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a consulting firm or in-house strategy function
• An MBA from a recognised programme
• Exposure to operating-model or process-transformation work
