The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Management Consultant who can pressure-test growth options directly with the founding team. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Management Consultant, you will build and stress-test the strategic options the founding team is weighing for its next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis

• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear, testable hypotheses
• Run market, competitive, and financial analysis to support recommendations
• Build the strategic narrative and models behind each recommendation

Stakeholder Management

• Present findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership
• Support the transition from recommendation to implementation
• Manage engagement timelines and keep multiple workstreams aligned

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4 to 8 years in management consulting, strategy, or corporate strategy roles
• Sharp structured-problem-solving skills and strong quantitative reasoning
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and defending a recommendation
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier or boutique consulting firm
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
