Job Responsibilities
Batch Monitoring & Documentation:Perform on-line monitoring and recording of batch observations, environmental conditions, labeling, weighing, and in-process checks.Ensure accurate documentation before, during, and after each stage of manufacturing.
Process Optimization:Ensure optimum utilization of equipment and materials to achieve qualitative and quantitative outputs.Continuously improve product quality at every stage of manufacturing.
Equipment Operation:Safely operate machines including Macromat P2045, CIS, Revolving Checkweigher, and Labelling machines.Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Maintenance & Inventory:Identify and report requirements for change parts, accessories, spares, and consumables to the department head.
System Knowledge:Demonstrate good understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Perform online entries in SAP, Minitab, and E-log book systems.Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and documentation practicesHands-on experience with relevant machines and software tools (SAP, Minitab)
