Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Bookkeeping professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations for multi-entity businesses, with strong exposure to Europe and APAC markets. The role will support companies and firms setting up and operating branches across international jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting operations across multiple entities

Manage month-end and year-end closes, reconciliations, financial reporting, VAT reconciliations and VAT return preparation packs.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and statutory requirements in European Union Markets

Work extensively on Oracle NetSuite for accounting, reporting, and controls

Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders

Support cross-border setups, branch accounting, and intercompany transactions

Required Experience & Skills:

4-10 years of experience in accounting management and bookkeeping

Hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite (mandatory)

Strong experience working with European and APAC companies or firms setting up overseas branches

Exposure to multi-currency, multi-entity accounting.

Background in accounting firms, outsourcing firms, or global delivery centers preferred
