Role Summary
The Managed Services Specialist I supports the intake, coordination, and execution of digital marketing deliverables across Dealer Inspire websites and related channels. Working closely with Performance Management, Design/Creative, SEO, and Digital Advertising teams, this role helps ensure marketing assets are accurately implemented and published according to campaign requirements and OEM brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming requests from Performance Management teams, dealers, and OEM partners
- Enter client inputs and campaign details into Salesforce and manage tasks in Wrike
- Create and track subtasks for deliverables including offers, banners, website content updates, personalizers, and social posts
- Publish approved assets to Dealer Inspire websites using CMS/backend tools
- Input non-design assets directly into website backend when final content is provided
- Coordinate with Design/Creative teams to ensure assets are routed for review and approval
- Perform basic QA checks to ensure accuracy of links, disclaimers, formatting, and timing
- Maintain organized tracking of assigned deliverables and deadlines
- Escalate issues or missing inputs to senior team members when needed
Typical Experience
- 1–3 years experience in marketing operations, digital production, or CMS content publishing
- Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Basic understanding of website content updates and marketing asset types
