About the Role
The Mall Marketing Head will lead all marketing activities to increase footfall, improve brand visibility, and support tenant engagement. The role involves planning events, promotions, digital campaigns, and working closely with retailers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing plans to boost mall footfall.
- Plan festivals, events, and promotional activities in the mall.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and activity calendars.
- Coordinate with leasing and operations teams to support retailers.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and plan joint promotions.
- Lead digital marketing, social media, and influencer activities.
- Work with agencies and vendors for creative and event execution.
- Track footfall trends, campaign results, and tenant feedback.
- Ensure all activities follow mall guidelines and local regulations.
- Represent the mall in PR, partnerships, and community events.
Requirements
- Any qualification, preferably with a marketing education background.
- Ideally from the mall marketing field with leadership-level marketing experience.
- 812 years of experience in marketing, especially in retail, events, or malls.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, planning, and execution.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
