Description
The Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the male hostel, ensuring a safe and conducive living environment for all residents. This role involves managing conflicts, maintaining discipline, and organizing events to foster a sense of community among students.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the hostel.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Maintain discipline and address any behavioral issues among residents.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for cleanliness and upkeep of the hostel.
- Organize recreational and community-building activities for residents.
- Act as a liaison between students and the administration.
- Handle conflicts and grievances in a professional manner.
- Monitor compliance with hostel policies and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Hospitality Management or Social Work).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts and mediate disputes.
- Experience in hostel management or similar environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
- Proficiency in using computer applications for reporting and documentation.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Only Male Candidate Preferred
- Having School Experience is Mandatory.
