Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Malayalam Telecaller. The Malayalam Telecaller will be responsible for efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information, answer queries, and assist prospective students throughout their journey of applying for international education opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with candidates for updates, and providing excellent customer service to meet the academy's standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Malayalam communication (both verbal and written); fluency in English is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to manage calls professionally and patiently.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other online platforms.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain thorough records and follow up effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude to address inquiries and provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic settings.
  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or education consultancy is preferred.
