Work Details
Day Shift
6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off
9-Hour Shift (8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain professional communication with customers
Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards
Maintain accurate customer details and call records
Coordinate with internal teams when required
