Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Malayalam Customer Service Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with customer service management tasks. The executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, troubleshooting concerns, and delivering consistent support throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
  • Fluency in Malayalam, with good communication skills in English or Hindi
  • Patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous
