Role Description The Makeup Artist - Studio Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves providing professional makeup services for clients and supporting studio operations, including preparing workstations, organizing products, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on looks, performing makeup applications, assisting with basic hair styling, and coordinating with the team during photo shoots, events, or recording sessions. The role also includes managing client appointments, offering courteous customer service, and supporting sales of beauty products or services as needed. The Makeup Artist - Studio Assistant is expected to collaborate with colleagues, follow studio guidelines, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Practical skills in Makeup Artistry and Cosmetology, with the ability to create professional, camera-ready looks.
• Capability in Hair Styling to complement makeup services for clients in studio settings.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming, respectful, and client-focused experience.
• Basic Sales abilities to assist in promoting and explaining beauty products or services offered by the studio.
• Experience or interest in Training, such as guiding clients or junior staff on basic makeup techniques and studio procedures.
• Attention to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all makeup and studio activities.
• Ability to work on-site full time in the Pune Division, with reliability and punctuality.
• Relevant certification or diploma in makeup, cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.
