We are looking for an NPD Intern who is genuinely passionate about makeup and excited to support new product development in color cosmetics. This role is ideal for someone who follows beauty trends and wants to learn how ideas turn into shelf-ready products.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Support sample tracking, shade panels, and benchmarking organisation
- Research competitor brands, launches, textures, finishes, and shade ranges
- Share ideas for new shades, concepts, and formats during internal discussions
- Help create mood boards, trend references, and shade cards
- Update basic NPD trackers, documents, and evaluation records
- Coordinate with suppliers for sample status and timelines (under supervision)
- Participate in internal swatch tests and record feedback accurately
- Maintain product library and benchmarking archive
