Job Description

  • For the MIM role, it's crucial that candidates have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in the telecom domain, with an overall experience of more than 6 years.
  • They should also be capable of leading and managing P1/P2 incidents across various Telco IT systems, including OSS, B2B, wholesale, corporate, billing, CRM, and provisioning.
  • Additionally, they need to be good in communication and articulation and good in running MIM calls by coordinating technical teams, driving and giving direction to the resolution, and ensuring timely updates.
