Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and proactive individuals for our Maintenance Department to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and utility systems, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, compressors, HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers.
- Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Participate in the calibration and validation of equipment and instruments to meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist in maintaining detailed maintenance logs, schedules, and related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Good Engineering Practices (GEP) and follow safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma / ITI in Fitter / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical
- Experience: Freshers.
- Basic understanding of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices is an advantage.
