Maintenance Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Monitoring the functioning, preventive & breakdown maintenance relating to Electrical, A/C & Refrigeration equipment.

Monitoring the issues relating to Civil maintenance/Premises maintenance and report the same

Monitoring the issues relating to Mechanical/Equipment maintenance

To conduct rounds of the entire Hospital premises on daily basis and to report deficiencies if any to manager maintenance.

To address repair/rectify deficiencies if any through the Maintenance

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in computer applications related to facility management.

Follow the Departmental Protocols /ProceduresKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance.

Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor's degree in facility management, or a related field.

Technical Qualifications – Proficiency in computer applications related to facility management.

11KV license is mandatory

Able to speak local language as well as Telugu/ English/Hindi

1 to 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
