Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations within our facility. This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to supervise teams, solve complex problems, and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, installations, and commissioning of machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment history.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and manage inventory in coordination with procurement teams.
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement long-term solutions.
- Enforce safety policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
