Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for facility and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide training as needed.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and order materials as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and reports.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
