Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and performance of equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor equipment performance data and provide insights for maintenance planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal equipment operation and reliability.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff on reliability best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on reliability metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 10-15 years of experience in maintenance engineering or reliability engineering.
- Strong understanding of reliability principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in reliability analysis tools such as FMEA, RCM, and RCA.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
