Maintenance Professional

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our Maintenance Department. The role involves supporting the maintenance of production equipment, utility systems, and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, dryers).
• Support maintenance of utility systems including compressors, chillers, boilers, and HVAC.
• Help in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues.
• Participate in calibration and validation of equipment to meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Follow Good Engineering Practices (GEP) and plant safety protocols.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma / ITI in Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
