Job Requirements
Remotely support of Maintenance Planning of rotating equipment and static equipment.
Create job packages (work packs) Job procedure/Standard Maintenance procedures (SMP) of static and rotating equipment.
Plan all the maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.
Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, Equipment GA drawing etc.Working on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain the equipment history, material reservation, Consumption, Master data management, Preparing task lists, maintenance items/ maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning etc.
Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs etc.
Good Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) is a must.
Work Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong Engineering Fundamentals
- 6-8 Years of Experience in either of the industries - (Refinery,Oil and gas,Power generation, Steel plant, Edible oil production, Big pharma industries, Mining industry, Pesticide / Agro chemical production, Marine maintenance)
- Provide weekly/monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders
- Awareness on Process Knowledge
- Awareness in Operations and Maintenance
- Awareness of Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment
- Good knowledge in reading all the documentation like P& ID, Layout drawings & Isometrics
- Good written and verbal communications
- Candidate should have good Analytical skills
- Basic Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- support in preparing presentations for customer visits
