Responsibilities:

1. Plant Maintenance:

• Help to Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.
• Manage the maintenance budget and resources effectively to minimise downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to analyse equipment performance and reliability, optimizing maintenance practices.
• Establish spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules to address potential breakdowns proactively.
• To Guide/ Supervise/Attend Maintenance activity like-

A) Mechanical maintenance- Cylinders, bearings, pneumatic, Hydraulic, Gears, etc.

B) Electrical- PLC, VFD, Sensors, control panel, electrical wiring, electrical spares, etc.

C) Civil- Raw material details, slab, PCC, Mixture of material, etc.

D) System Technical- Break down, PM, MTTR/MTBF, predictive, CBM/TBM, etc.

E) Admin Technical- Purchase management, stores management, Inventory management, Project management, ERP management (SAP)
