The ideal candidate will be constantly ensure high equipment availability through effective preventive, breakdown, and minor maintenance coordination. Oversee major maintenance activities including machine overhauls, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment.

Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements on the shop floor.
- Implement and sustain 5S, good housekeeping, and safety practices across production areas.
- Maintain QMS documentation, conduct internal audits, and support external/customer audits.
- Work on systems related to Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and Maglev technologies.
- Support implementation and monitoring of MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Manage and maintain PC-based communication systems used for industrial automation and equipment connectivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance teams; address shop-floor concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and plant performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of PLC platforms (Beckhoff / Omron) and PLC programming concepts
- Strong understanding of Industrial Communication Protocols (RS232, RJ45, TCP/IP) and PC-based Communication Experience with HMI Systems and Automation Integration
- Knowledge of SCARA Robots (Yamaha / Inovance) and automated equipment systems
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation and monitoring
- Knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and Maglev Technologies
Experience - 12yrs to 19 yrs
Pay range - 50lac to 65lac
