About the Role
Manager - Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Should lead complete maintenance activities of Utilities, Machineries, Office / shopfloor HVAC system, Automatic Lazer welding equipment, Material handling equipment
- Should prepare & execute Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance & Conditioned based maintenance & ensure 100% equipment Uptime
- Should monitor & improve MTTR & MTBF
- Should prepare spares procurement and stock plan & monitor
- Should prepare action plan to reduce R&M cost
- Should monitor power consumption at all shopfloor & implement action plan to reduce power consumption
- Should ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.
- Should co-ordinate with Third party for STP maintenance & preventive checks
- Should work closely with PED/MFG/Design/ Quality team during introduction of new models / assembly equipment/fixture from DFM till installation
- Should work closely with MFG to improve FPY/POKA YOKE in existing equipment
Qualifications
- Mechanical / Electrical / Any Engineering with 15+ Yrs of experience in the field of maintenance
- Handle team of 10 team members
- Previous experience in handling equipment related to manufacturing battery assembly
- Good understanding of ESG requirements. Data collection & compilation.
- Should have good communication skills to be able to interact with internal customers / vendors.
