Maintenance Manager

State/ Province: Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany

Job Responsibilities:

• Management and further development of the maintenance department
• Coordination, approval and independent execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensuring high plant availability and expanding the TPM system
• Professional and personal development of subordinate staff
• Monitoring and enforcing health and safety at work.

Key Skills Required:

• Very good written and spoken German & English
• Min 3 years of practical experience in the maintenance of production machinery and plant.
• Experience in managing a maintenance team within a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of control and regulation technology, electrical engineering, and electromechanics. Experience with lean management methods.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety.

Educational Qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Training as an industrial foreman or technician
