Maintenance Manager -Mechanical, Forging, Press shop,hydraulics and pneumatics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years of relevant experience in engineering/manufacturing industries.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience in maintenance of mechanical presses, forging presses/equipment, SPMs, conventional drilling machines and other engineering machinery.
• Good practical knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience handling preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ability to lead and guide a team of fitters, electricians and electrical engineers.
• Should be capable of recruiting, training and building the maintenance team.
• Strong troubleshooting, team-management and leadership skills.
• Candidates from automotive components, bicycle components, agricultural equipment, forging or similar engineering industries preferred.
• Candidates from unrelated industries such as textiles will not be considered.
