- Professional Certifications like Energy Manager, Boiler Engineer, TPM Facilitator, Six Sigma would be an added advantage
- Experience : 10 Years in large Dairy, Food, Pharma Plant In Maintenance & Utilities Management
- Nature of Experience:
- Milk Processing, Evaporator & Dryer, Cheese Plant Equipments like Pasteurisers, Separators, Bactofuge, Vacuum Pumps, DSI, High Pressure Pumps, Blowers, Fluid Bed, Sifter, Cheddar Master, Cooker etc
- Utilities Equipments like Boiler & Steam Network, Ammonia & Freon Based Refrigeration System, Compressed Air & Nitrogen Generation System, VAM, RO & UF, Sand & Carbon Filters, Pumps, DG Sets, Transformers etc
- Advanced Maintenance Practices like RCA, CAPA, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Electronics Equipment Monitoring Tools & Tackles
- Experience in preparing and monitoring Maintenance Budget, Setting and Improving Energy Standards, , Identifying & Executing Cost & Energy Saving Ideas
- Experience in execution & achieving Plant KPIs like Productivity, Losses & Complaint Reduction, Specific Energy Consumption, Production Lines OEE Improvement
- People Management : Capable to Manage Team of 100 People, Identifying Training needs of Maintenance Team, Performance Assessment, Human Safety Culture Inculcation
- Analytical Thought Process to bring new concepts in Maintenance Practices, Energy Management, Setting New Standards
- Liaisoning with Govt Agencies Like Factory, Boiler & Electrical Inspector, MSEB, Local Administration
- Experience in CapEx, Project Execution, Knowledge of AI & ML Application, EMS would be an added advantage
