Key Result Areas:

Responsible for regular Maintenance Quality & Safety Inspection

Monitoring the day-to-day work & performance of Technicians & Supervisors and guiding them to better output

Attending call-outs & troubleshooting

Managing & effective utilization of resources (Manpower & time)

Responsible for Repairs & TIS Management

Effective client Management at the site

Maintaining the elevator safeties in proper working condition and never by-pass any circuits.

Daily basis On time reporting to Line Manager & Back Office

Material Management

Repairs & TIS / MOD Management

Manpower Management

Customer Management

Miscellaneous Activities

Any other tasks as may be assigned by Management / Branch from time to time

Reports to: Branch Manager/HOD Maintenance

Supervision Exercised:Technicians

Personal Qualities (Essential):

Adequate knowledge to read Lift drawings

Ability to work under pressure

Good organizational skills

Technical knowledge of lift & escalator parts, Installation & repair works

Good manpower handling skills

Good customer relationship skills
