Maintenance Manager - Electrical

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Head to lead our maintenance function across all equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, managing a responsive maintenance team, and ensuring all operations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and quick resolution of emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the upkeep of plant facilities, utilities, and support systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and implement action plans for performance improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs.
• Manage inventory of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies effectively.
• Recommend and execute upgrades or improvements in equipment and maintenance practices.
