Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Igatpuri for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the upkeep and operation of all resort facilities, ensuring everything is functional and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, managing repair work, overseeing equipment servicing, and leading a team of maintenance staff. The role also involves ensuring safety standards are met and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the property.
Qualifications
- Strong Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Effective Supervisory Skills to manage and lead maintenance personnel
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in facility management
- Relevant certifications or training in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in hospitality or resort management is preferred
