Job Title: Maintenance Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer/Executive to handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per schedule.

  • Handle breakdown maintenance and perform root cause analysis.

  • Carry out daily maintenance activities for plant machinery and utilities.

  • Ensure smooth functioning and availability of plant facilities and equipment.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external maintenance vendors/resources.

  • Monitor and maintain critical spare parts and machine maintenance records.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant maintenance procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance-related reports and performance data.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience: 4–7 Years

  • Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Automobile
