Company Description : RADHA RANI WIRE PRODUCTS is a manufacturing company specializing in steel wire products.

Role Description The Maintenance Head – Steel Wire will oversee all maintenance activities for steel wire manufacturing equipment and facilities in a full-time, by planning, reporting, and coordination tasks.

Daily responsibilities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for drawing machines, wire processing lines, and related utilities to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

The role involves leading and supervising the maintenance team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The Maintenance Head will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Collaboration with production and quality teams to improve machine performance, optimize maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement initiatives is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance practices for industrial or steel wire manufacturing equipment.
• Proven background in Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical faults and coordinating timely corrective actions.
• Demonstrated skills in Maintenance Management, including planning, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams, with solid Team Management capabilities such as task allocation, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical field) preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards, industrial best practices, and compliance requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals and use basic maintenance software or CMMS tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work on-site in Jaipur in a hybrid setup.
