Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment, utilities, and facilities. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and facility-related issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to prevent equipment failure.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment when required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair common equipment faults.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
