About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Executive to manage electrical and automation maintenance activities, minimize machine downtime, and ensure smooth production operations at our Bhiwadi facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle PLC troubleshooting, CNC machines, and automation-related maintenance.
• Manage HT and LT electrical line maintenance and daily utilities monitoring.
• Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.
• Handle basic mechanical breakdowns and press machine maintenance.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and reduce equipment downtime.
• Manage repair and maintenance costs and develop local vendors.
• Lead and coordinate a team of 5-7 members working in shifts.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for maintenance requirements.
• Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare maintenance reports and monitor maintenance performance.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 8-10 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting, CNC, and automation.
• Knowledge of HT/LT systems and utilities maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience in team management and shift operations.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance base software.
