Key Result Areas for Executive Maintenance

1. Operational efficiency: To ensure smooth operations of all existing plants and by having suitable planning for successful operations so as to give the best production with a very low downtime.
2. Routine & preventive Maintenance: Ensuring timely routine maintenance of the equipment engaged in the various plants to avoid future break down of equipment causing losses. Preventive Maintenance schedule to made plant wise & strictly adhere so the same so that plant operational efficiency increases.
3. Innovation: To ensure cost effective improvement in plant operations efficiency and introduction of innovative mechanism to reduce the operational cost making the plant commercially viable.
4. Technology & Automation: Introduction of latest technology and automation in the operational process to ensure quality products and prompt services.
5. Selection of right Machinery: Active participation in selection of machinery and equipment's along with the service conditions so that the company takes maximum advantages in minimizing the cost towards maintenance .
6.  Inventory Controls : Ensuring minimum and maximum inventory levels at all plants and developing vendors for maintenance of eqpt especially focusing/ developing the service facility in local markets
