Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all plant machinery and utilities, using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Diagnose and trouble shoot mechanical, electrical, and control system failures, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and equipment history for audits and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend design or process improvements.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Skills Required:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven hands-on experience with industrial machinery, automation systems, and utilities.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with PLC systems, HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, maintenance tools, and CMMS platforms.
