We are equipped with advanced instruments and domain expertise required for on-site performance evaluation of solar power plants and key components such as solar modules, inverters, and cables.

Role Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer | Solar Operation and Maintenance with 2+ years of experience in asset management and maintenance planning.

This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance of solar assets through structured preventive maintenance, monitoring, and field execution. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying performance gaps before they lead to losses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and cleaning cycles
• Monitor asset performance and identify early signs of loss
• Conduct random site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for preventive actions and reporting
• Manage tools, inventory, and maintenance resources
• Ensure strict safety protocol adherence at site
• Support commissioning activities and technical visits
• Communicate with clients regarding system performance and maintenance updates
• Monitor field team performance and ensure execution standards

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preventive maintenance / asset management
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning and field execution
• Ability to identify performance gaps and take proactive action
• Good communication skills for client interaction and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in:

• Preventive maintenance
• Asset management
• Solar O&M / industrial maintenance

• Strong understanding of:

• Maintenance planning and scheduling
• Solar system components (modules, inverters, BOS)
• Field execution and reporting

• Willingness to travel for site inspections (if required)
